There is great progress onsite at ESR Group’s Birmingham Industry Park in Villawood, New South Wales.
Vaughan Constructions is proud to be partnering with ESR Group to deliver three new industrial facilities totalling 31,000m², each offering two tenancies with dedicated warehouse and office spaces. With sustainability at the forefront, the development is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings v1 rating.
On site, works are moving ahead strongly, with the sprinkler tank slab being poured, full-height precast panels now being erected to Warehouse 1 and external hardstands progressing between Warehouses 2 and 3. Wall cladding is underway to Warehouse 2, bondeck is being laid to the suspended hardstand, and high voltage trenching works have commenced.
