Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to be delivering another multi-level industrial facility for leading real estate fund manager, Hale.
Located in Milperra, New South Wales, this recent venture sees the completion of a 37,526m² multi-level warehouse that includes 10 tenancies ranging from 2,594m² to 5,297m².
The facility will have two floors of warehousing, four levels of office space, an external ramp to provide access to level one and 30-metre-wide breezeways on both levels for undercover loading areas.
The project includes a range of sustainability initiatives such as a PV solar system and rainwater harvesting.
With the cost of Industrial land rising, the innovative vertical design maximises land space and offers tenants an efficient logistics solution.
Hale is as the forefront of ramp-up warehouse assets in Australia with another multi-level warehouse underway in Matraville, New South Wales. Also being built by Vaughan, the Matraville facility comprises nearly 20,000m² over two levels and will have four tenancies ranging from 5,000m² upwards according to individual user requirements.
