There is exciting progress onsite in Cranbourne West where Vaughan Constructions is delivering a new purpose-built manufacturing facility for Nuttelex Food Products on behalf of Rangebank and Direct Property Connect.

Vaughan Constructions will be building the final land parcel of Charter Hall’s 60-hectare MidWest Logistics Hub Estate in Truganina, with the delivery of three new buildings totalling 6,960m². On Tuesday 5 September the Vaughan and Charter Hall teams celebrated the start of construction at a ground-breaking ceremony alongside key agents and the team from Direct Property Connect.

Incredible work by the project team at the Time & Place and Brookfield Properties’ Connect – Central Sydney Logistic Estate in Villawood, NSW. Current progress includes the steel erection and precast panel installation completed to the warehouses and offices at tenancies 1 to 5, 11 and 12. Roof cladding and high-level services have commenced and are reaching progressive completion at tenancies 1 to 5, 11 and 12.

Vaughan Constructions is a proud partner of Women in Industrial (WiN). WiN is an industry association established to attract diversity into the industrial and logistics sector. WiN provides a platform for women to expand their professional network and industry knowledge. Development Manager, Jessica Topelson, is a WiN committee member and is responsible for supporting WiN’s marketing department. Most recently, she assisted WiN in creating a website update about multi-storey warehousing. Vaughan Constructions is back onsite with leading developer and manager of industrial and logistics real estate, ESR Australia. Together the teams are delivering the 47,569m² ESR Coolaroo Industry Park project.

Momentum continues at the Dexus Circuit.7 logistics estate at Glendenning, New South Wales. Warehouse 2 structural steel works are nearing completion and Warehouse 1 roofing is now complete with wall cladding underway.
