Vaughan Constructions is onsite delivering a premium new industrial project for valued repeat customer, LOGOS, at their Troups Road Logistic Estate in Truganina, Victoria.

Partnering with Charter Hall, Vaughan has recently delivered a 15,200m虏 industrial facility at the MidWest Logistics Hub in Truganina, Victoria. The facility houses leading consumer and commercial tissue and paper towel producer, Encore Tissue, who had outgrown their previous location in Laverton.

Works are underway on Charter Hall鈥檚 Midwest Logistics Hub Lot 21 development in Truganina, Victoria. The development consists of the construction of two new industrial facilities: Warehouse1 will have a total built area of 8,000m虏 inclusive of 7,500m虏 of warehouse space and 500m虏 of office space. Warehouse2 will see a total built area of 11,200m虏 inclusive of 10,650m虏 of warehouse space and 550m虏 of office space.

Vaughan Constructions is thrilled to announce the completion of a new facility for Singapore-based leading real estate development, investment, capital and property management firm, Mapletree. This facility is Mapletree鈥檚 first Australian construction project. Located in our Wyndham Industrial Estate at Truganina, the new speculative facility boasts a total of 14,740m虏 of warehouse area and 360m虏 of office space that can cater to a large range of business operational requirements.
